During a routine inspection

We did not speak with any patients during this inspection. However, we viewed patient comments that had been received at the practice in the last year and results of patient satisfaction surveys. These were very positive and some of the comments we read included:

'Excellent service. Fantastic dentist!'

'Excellent response and standard of care and at such short notice! I will be a regular from now on!'

'I am delighted with the service from start to finish. Made me feel relaxed and well informed.'

During the inspection we assessed how the service promoted people's care and welfare and processes for safeguarding people from abuse. We also looked at the arrangements for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and protecting people from the risk of infection. Staff training and support and arrangements for monitoring the quality of the service were assessed. We did not identify any concerns in any of the areas we inspected.

During a routine inspection

As part of our visit we asked patients for their views on the dental service they received. They told us:

'The service, care and treatment given is excellent'.

'The dental procedures and any potential risks were clearly explained'.

'All the staff are friendly and the treatments are very good'.

'The receptionist is very friendly and makes you feel welcome'.
