During a routine inspection

Our inspection was carried out at a time where people being treated were not available to speak with us. We looked at the outcomes of recent patient surveys and noted general satisfaction by all who completed the survey and questionnaires. We noted that prior to a recent refurbishment of the building, some people had said the environment was not to their liking but since the work had been carried out, people had been complimentary over the d'cor, cleanliness and facilities. People felt the dentist explained their treatment adequately and would recommend the practice to others.
