During a routine inspection

We spoke with three patients who had completed or were receiving treatment on the day of our inspection. People commented "The service here is excellent. The dentist is so approachable", "I was referred here for implants, the results are brilliant, better than I expected". Another patient said "I would have no hesitation in coming again. The dentist here puts you at ease and the costs are very fair".

We found the provider met the outcomes we inspected and had systems in place to monitor their own compliance. We saw people were provided with clear information about treatment options and the costs involved. We saw consent was sought appropriately for various treatments. People's medical and dental health needs were appropriately documented and stored safely. The practice environment was clean and hygienic and staff were aware of infection control procedures. Staff were supported appropriately and offered training to update their skills and knowledge.
