During a routine inspection
People's care and treatment was being planned and delivered in line with their individual care plans. They told us they received the care and support they needed and they were happy with how staff delivered their care.
People were protected against the risks associated with medicines because the provider had appropriate arrangements in place to manage medicines.
The premises were clean and fresh. The people we spoke with raised no concerns about the general environment but some people we spoke with said they thought the home was looking 'Tired' and 'Shabby' and would benefit from redecoration.
We saw appropriate background checks had been carried out on staff before they started to work at the home to make sure they were suitable to work with vulnerable people.
There were systems in place to gain people's views and check if staff were following company policies correctly.
We saw people were made aware of the complaints system. Those we spoke with said they had no complaints but would feel comfortable raising any concerns with the staff.
