During a routine inspection
We saw that people could be involved in the planning of their own treatment at the surgery as much or as little as they wished, and that people were consulted about the treatment options available to them. People were informed of the risks and benefits of each treatment option suggested.
We saw that there were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection at the practice.
There were enough suitably trained staff members available to be able to offer appropriate care, support and treatment to people using services at Jubilee Court Dental Practice.
There were systems in place for people to make a complaint about services offered by the surgery, and for them to be assured that their views and opinions would be taken seriously and investigated appropriately.
