During a routine inspection
People said that staff contacted health and social care professionals on their behalf when needed.
People said that personal care was provided with dignity, patience and in privacy.
People said that staff were usually patient with them when providing care and assistance.
People said that staff discussed other people they provided care and support to and this worried them that confidential information about them might be shared by staff.
People told us that they were supported by the agency staff, but there were inconsistencies in their care.
People told us that they did not have regular contact with the agency's managers and were not confident that if they raised dissatisfaction or concerns to staff that they were consistently acted on as they did not see sustainable improvements.
