During a routine inspection
When we asked about waiting times, one person said it was: "I am able to book my appointment for my next six monthly appointment at the end of this appointment." Another commented "You get seen quickly particularly if you have a problem."
One person told us that the dentist and dental nurses "always" wore gloves during examinations and treatment. We asked people who had had treatment if they had been asked to wear protective equipment to protect them from infection and they told they were "always" asked to wear them.
