During a routine inspection

Patients spoken with told us that they were always treated with respect by the staff at the surgery. Comments included 'very approachable'; 'very accommodating and very helpful'; 'always given sufficient information' and 'always give advice on treatment, costs explained.'

Patients told us they were happy with the care and treatment they received. Their comments included 'very good'; 'excellent'; 'couldn't be better' and one patient told us that they 'enjoyed a first class level of service.'

We saw that systems were in place to ensure people were protected from the risk of infection; that their personal information was protected and that information was available in relation to treatment options and oral care education.
