We spoke with two people who were using the service, four members of staff and a relative.

Their comments were very positive and included from one person whose relative was living in supported accommodation ''they are absolutely loving it'' and ''There were some issues but they have been resolved very professionally by the team.''

One person using the service said '' I have no problems'' and another said ''It's the best thing I have ever done''.

Since the last inspection the provider had demonstrated compliance in the management of medications.

We spoke with three people who were using the service and two members of staff. People expressed a lot of confidence in the staff.

Their comments were very positive and everyone liked the service provided, although one person told us that ideally they would like to live on their own and not share a house.

We saw that people who used the service were supported to take an active part in their daily lives and the local community. This included taking part in staff interviews, sponsored charity events and maintaining contact with their family and friends.

We spoke with the relatives of people who received support from the service:

They told us :

'I am happy with the amount of information that I received'.

'We have been able to contact senior managers whenever we have had any issues and mostly, these have been dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction'.

'I always find X well cared for'.

'I feel that my son is cared for. X is particularly good and knows exactly what he needs: that's reassuring'.
