During a routine inspection

People we spoke to were positive about the treatment they received and understood the care and treatment choices available to them. They said that they felt involved in their treatment and that this was explained to them in a way they understood. People said they felt able to ask questions about their treatment to ensure they knew what to expect. People said they were happy with the environment and said that the practice was 'clean, nice, and lovely.' Everyone told us they had recommended the practice to friends and family.
