During a routine inspection
One person told us, "The treatment I received here is excellent and [dentist] is very good, the best I have come across. They have looked after all the family for 15 years. I am very happy with the treatment I have had here and have recommended it to other people."
There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection. People told us they always found the premises to be clean and staff to be appropriately dressed.
Staff were supported to provide effective treatment through training and appraisal of their performance. People told us that they knew the staff and the dentist very well and described them as "' very good", and "'friendly'.
There was a complaints system available.
