During a routine inspection

We spoke with five people and a child who used the service and they all said they were satisfied with the level of service received. They were complimentary about the staff and said 'It's friendly and helpful, you get appointments when needed and the treatment is good', 'a professional service' and 'very child friendly service.' One person said 'I've had to use the emergency service and managed to get an appointment the same morning.'

People told us the treatment options were explained to them and they made the decision about the treatment that best suited them. They said 'The dentist is very good, he tells me what he needs to do and if it's going to hurt' and 'I feel they listen to me and advise me on what I need to have done.'

People told us the practice was always clean and the staff always wore a mask and gloves during treatment. They said 'it is very clean and I've not seen anything to worry me' and 'I feel very safe.'
