During a routine inspection
People said they were given detailed information and sufficient time to discuss and agree their treatment. One person said, 'Everything's explained to me.'
Members of staff had a good understanding of the procedures for safeguarding children.
Procedures were in place for effectively cleaning and sterilising instruments and equipment in order to prevent the spread of infection.
Although people said they would complain if necessary there had not been any complaints for many years.
