During a routine inspection
Patients told us they were treated with respect and dignity. They expressed satisfaction with the care and treatment provided.
Patients we spoke with told us "this is an excellent practice, it must be the best in the area, I couldn't wish for anything better", "the dentist has patience", and "I would recommend this practice (and I have done) as the service is second to none".
People were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed.
Patients could be assured that any complaints they made would be investigated by the practice as the provider had effective systems in place.
