During a routine inspection

We spoke with three people who used the service and they all said they were satisfied with the level of service received. They were complimentary about the staff, their professionalism and their sensitivity.' They said 'the staff are super, he's funny and makes me smile', 'he's never hurt me and I trust him and the hygienist' and 'coming here has not only help sort out my dental problem but given me confidence to see the dentist.' One person said, 'I know it's not normal to like going to the dentist but I do like coming here, the staff are friendly and very nice.'

People told us the treatment options were explained and they made the decision about the treatment that best suited them. They said 'they told me the options, gave me a plan with the costs, which I signed before they started the treatment' and 'given a dental plan for the private treatment and the cost.'

People told us the practice was always clean and the staff always wore glasses, face masks and gloves during treatment. They said 'Cleanliness is very good here', 'it's very clean and always fresh water to rinse my mouth and a tissue', 'it's very clean even the toilet, which I've had to use' and 'I feel safe here.'
