During an inspection looking at part of the service

We haven't been able to speak to people using the service concerning this visit as we were checking on actions taken by the provider with respect to risk assessments and checking of Criminal Records Bureau checks on staff, in addition to the covering of chairs in the surgery. This was to follow up on improvements required, that were identified at a previous review on 22 February 2012.

During a routine inspection

During our visit to the surgery on 22 February 2012 we spoke with people at the two other practices but visited this surgery over lunchtime and did not meet any patients.
