They told us their relatives were each given a handbook which gave all the information on how care would be offered. The handbook also contained information on how to make a complaint if they were not satisfied with service.
We spoke to three staff who informed us that they knew how to report safeguarding. We saw evidence of records in place to note concerns and how to report safeguarding alerts.
We examined the recruitment process and found all checks had been carried out, ensuring the staff had the right qualifications, and experience.
