During a routine inspection

This agency currently supports two people. One person told us, 'I'm happy with the service I get'. A relative of a person said, 'We have the same staff that are very kind and always on time'. We looked at the arrangements in place to support them. We found that the people had their care assessed; care plans were in place, supported by risk assessments to keep people safe. We looked at the staff that supported people and found they were appropriately recruited, trained and supported. Records showed that people was involved in their care. People received regular care and support from a small team of consistent support staff.

During an inspection looking at part of the service

The purpose of the visit was to review the actions taken by service since the last inspection in May 2012 when they were found to be non compliant with three regulations. We did not speak to people who used the service as part of this visit, but incorporated their views in our last inspection report

During a routine inspection

We spoke with two people that used the service and both indicated this was one of the better agencies they had used and spoke of the agencies flexibility. Staff were described as reliable and trustworthy and both felt the agency gave a good service.
