During a routine inspection

It was difficult for people in the home to verbalise their opinions. One person vocalised they were happy with the service and had a good relationship with staff. Other people in the home expressed their views in differing communication styles. It was clear they were content within the service and had a good relationship with the staff. Their views are expressed and recorded in their care plans
