During an inspection looking at part of the service

On the day of our inspection we were not able to speak to people who use the service as there were no eye clinics running that day. We did not attempt to contact people who use the service because the compliance actions which were set at the last inspection were in relation to the absence of policies and procedures and the arrangements that were in place with regards to staff training.

During a routine inspection

We spoke to one person who was generally positive about the treatment they had received and told us the staff were professional and helpful.

They said 'I am absolutely happy with the treatment I have received.'
