During a routine inspection

We spoke with three people who lived in the home during the visit to the service. People told us that the staff treated them with respect, were attentive to their needs and that their privacy was respected. They told us that the home was clean, tidy and comfortable, that the food that was provided was of good quality and that their needs and preferences were met.
