During a routine inspection
We spoke with six people. Everyone we talked to spoke highly of the service. They said:
'I'm happy',
'I get plenty to eat',
'You can have what you want',
'It nice you know',
'The staff are all lovely',
'It's nice because I know everybody',
'They ask you if you want anything',
'I've never had any complaints but if I did, I'd tell them' and
'We are all well cared for'.
We also spoke with three visitors to the home who said:
'The staff are local and that's important',
'My mum has had good care',
'The carers are all very nice' and
'Its warm, its clean and my mum is looked after well'.
