During a routine inspection
They told us 'there's been a bit of a shake up with the owners (referring to the home being placed in administration) but the staff are very good and it's still a good place to live'
One resident told us, 'the staff are all very good here I know them all and they know how I like things done'.
Other comments we had were 'the food here is very good, although it's a bit of a surprise, I don't know what's coming' and 'I can get up and go to bed when I want to', 'I can do anything I want to'.
Residents didn't know if they had a care plan but they did say that staff always explained things to them. They said that they were able to make choices such as what they wanted to wear or eat and how they wanted to spend their day. One person told us that they preferred to stay in their own room all day and that staff didn't mind.
