During a routine inspection

People who use the service told us that they enjoyed attending the activity sessions. They said it gave them an opportunity to meet up with their friends and to take part in activities they enjoyed. People also said they enjoyed going on the trips organised by the service. They told us that the staff were helpful and always around if they needed them.

Relatives of people who use the service told us that their family members very much looked forward to the activity sessions and that they had developed friendships through their involvement with the service. They said that they had confidence in the staff and that staff treated people with respect and supported them in a way that maintained their dignity.

Care professionals provided positive feedback about the outcomes people who use the service experience. They told us that the service was very popular with their clients and that people enjoyed the activities on offer.
