During an inspection looking at part of the service

The agency currently provides care and support to ten people in their own homes. We spoke with five people who used the service as well as a relative. People were positive about the agency and told us that their privacy and dignity was being respected and their care needs were met. People were satisfied with the support they received with their medication. The agency sent the same staff, who arrived on time and appeared to know what they were doing.

During a routine inspection

A person who uses the service told us they were happy with the agency and that they were flexible. They also said the carers often helped them with one specific type of medication.
