21 November 2011

During a routine inspection

People told us that staff were helpful and gave them the advice so that they had the information they needed to make an informed choice about their treatment. They told us that they liked having a service for young people. They told us that they felt that the service was accessible and that they checked the opening times on the Brooke web site.

The service has experienced staff who receive regular training and supervision to ensure that they continue to provide appropriate advice and treatment that promotes the health and well being of young people.
