During a routine inspection
People who we spoke with were aware of their care plan and confirmed that they were involved in discussions about the care they needed and the way in which support was provided. One person told us they got "good support" and that they could talk to support workers about this. Another person said "they do listen".
People who we asked told us that they felt safe with the support staff. One person said "they look after me" another said "fantastic support staff here, you can't beat them."
