During a routine inspection
Another person told us that they had fun when they used the service, that the staff were 'good' and that the staff asked them how they liked to be supported. They told us that they had been to the supermarket the evening before our visit and chose the food that they were going to eat during their stay.
During our visit we saw that the staff interacted with the people who used the service in a friendly, respectful and professional manner.
