During a routine inspection

People told us that they liked living at The Dell. One person said "I have only just moved in but I am settling in well". Another person said "I do a lot of knitting, it passes the time". Other people told us that they read a lot, or watched television in their rooms. Some people told us they would like staff to have more time to talk to them. "We get very good care but they need more carers." Another person said "The staff are willing to talk and ready to answer questions". People told us that the food was good.
