During a routine inspection

During a visit to the home people who use the service told us that they were happy with care they received and the food was very good. Everyone we spoke with was very positive about their experience of the home and they trusted the staff to give a good standard of care and manage their needs in a supportive way. People told us that the staff were really kind and helped with all the needs that people who use the service required.
