During a routine inspection
They all stated that the staff are very helpful and go out of their way to meet individual needs. All the people spoken with confirmed that they understood the care and treatment choices available to them.
One person stated that the staff are good to them notably when they have time they to sit and talk to them.
One person told us that 'They are wonderful', another told us 'They do anything that I ask them.'
One visitor told us 'The staff work very hard and that they could do with more on duty'
