We spoke with four people who were using the service. People told us that their needs were met and that they were consulted about the care and support that they were provided with. People were complimentary about the staff that cared for them and told us that they always treated them with respect and that their privacy was respected. They told us that they received a reliable service and that they were kept informed when changes in staff members occurred.

Only one person had previously used the service and they were spoken with. They told us that Caresolutions Anglia Ltd had arranged for their care and support to be provided by another registered domiciliary care agency and that the Director continued to check that they were receiving a good service. They told us that when Caresolutions Anglia Ltd had provided their care that they had been well cared for, felt safe and were consulted and involved in decision making about the care and support that they receive. They said they were offered choice about if to be cared for by a male or female carer and they confirmed that their choices were listened to and respected. They told us that staff members provided by Caresolutions Anglia Ltd were aware of and met their needs, were kind and provided a reliable service.

They and a relative told us that the Director kept them informed of any changes to the service or staff members and always covered any staff absence.

They both agreed that their current carers were also good, kind and reliable and provided assistance with all of the necessary tasks.

During an inspection in response to concerns
