Staff were very happy to be working for this service, which was demonstrated in the years of service worked by some of the current staff team. Staff were complimentary about the support they received from the management team.

There was a registered manager in post who was fully aware of their regulatory responsibilities, including notifying CQC of specific events. The provider had a quality assurance system in place.
