The registered manager sought feedback from people using the service, their relatives and the staff team. People were provided with feedback questionnaires to complete on a yearly basis. Spot checks of the quality of care was carried out by a member of the management team. During these spot check visits the person in receipt of the care was also asked for feedback on the quality of their care.

Staff told us that they supported the people they cared for to provide feedback. Staff had the opportunity to provide feedback during team meetings and one to one meetings with their line manager.

People told us they were involved in their care and support plan. People were regularly asked to provide feedback.
