During a routine inspection

We spoke with two people who use the service. They told us the staff were friendly and supportive. They also told us they were happy with the care they received and that they were kept involved in the review of their care plans.

One person we spoke with told us that they always received their medication at the correct times.

14 March 2012

During a routine inspection

During our visit to Moorview on 14 March 2012 we spoke with three people who use the service and with one relative. The people that we spoke with told us they were involved in planning and making decisions about what they needed help and support with. They also told us that the staff were considerate and respectful. Some of the comments made to us about the staff were :

"She is a lovely person'.

' Yes, they do their job well'.

'I know what's going on and I know what they have to do for me'.

'I am well looked after'.

'I feel safe enough when the staff are around'.

'They are very nice'.

'I am worried about the future when the staff are not here during the night'.
