One person said that they were happy with their current arrangements and the support received. Two people said they had been involved in updating their care plans. Two people spoken with were sad and upset about the closure of the home.

During an inspection looking at part of the service

A resident spoken with was pleased to be more involved in care planning. They also said that they had regular meetings with their keyworker.

During an inspection looking at part of the service

A resident said that residents' meetings are held in the home. He also said that he is happy in his home and that it was the right decision to move there. He has a new keyworker and he meets regularly with him. He said that he wasn't involved in reviewing his care plan and had not seen it. One resident said that if an incident occurred that they were unhappy about they talk to their keyworker about the issue

During an inspection in response to concerns

People told us that they are happy with the care and support provided in the home. They like their individual bedrooms and they have made them homely. When they are unhappy about an issue they raise this with their key worker or manager and they are confident that it will then be addressed.
