During a routine inspection

People that we were able to communicate with told us that they were happy living at the home and that they were satisfied with the care they received. They told us 'It's smashing here.' and 'The staff are lovely.' They told us that their health and personal care needs were met and that they felt safe at the home. We also spoke with one relative who was visiting the home and they confirmed that they were satisfied with the care provided. They told us 'I have no worries or concerns about the home.'
