During a routine inspection

We spoke with a relative of the person who said to us " I think the service is very good,they do exactly what they promise."

Another relative who said " I am 100% happy with this service, I would have absolutely no qualms about recommending them to anyone. I cannot fault them, I sometimes call at very short notice and they always find someone, they are great."

Other comments included "I am really happy, they are almost always on time and they always let you know if they are going to be late. It is a really excellent service, reliable and the people are really,really nice, I have not met one carer who was not nice."

Another person said "We've been absolutely delighted, I would recommend them to anyone. The girls not only do the job they become friends."

A relative told us "They are excellent, all the carers have been excellent and if I rated them between 1-10 I would give them a 12."

Another relative told us that if a new carer was to be visiting they were always introduced prior to providing care. They also told us "I don't think they could be any better. They do things that (xxx) wants to do they are absolutely fantastic."

We found that Bluebird Care was compliant with the regulations we examined against.

During a routine inspection

People who used this provider told us they were happy with the service they received. One person said "they are really good, they turn up on time and if for some reason they may be a little late they always let me know." A relative commented "they are fantastic my relative has blossomed with them, they go out all the time, they are not just providing care they are friends." People's needs were assessed and the care provided was planned and delivered in line with their individual support plan. We saw evidence of risk assessments that ensured people's safety and welfare.
