During a routine inspection
People told us, 'Staff are very good, very helpful, very caring', 'I can't fault the carers they are all good at their job' and 'They are not interfering'.
Two people told us that although staff were reliable and always arrived 'sometimes times are a problem' Relatives said, 'I feel like they do care', and 'From what I have seen staff are very good'.
Staff told us they enjoyed their jobs and one member of staff said, 'I love it'.
