During a routine inspection
We spoke with three customers who all expressed satisfaction with using the agency. All of the comments we received were positive such as 'the care staff are brilliant', 'excellent', 'delightful and very caring'. Customers said the staff arrived at their allocated times, and only sometimes did they arrive a little earlier or later, but always stayed to ensure their needs had been met.
All of the customers said they thought the staff who visited them seemed well trained and showed respect at all times when attending to their personal care needs. Customers confirmed that senior staff from the agency carry out spot checks to ensure the support they received was satisfactory and their scheduled care worker was doing their job as they should be.
