During an inspection looking at part of the service

People who live at Lucas Court told us that they were happy with the care and support that they received. Two people told us that the staff were very helpful. We also spoke to three relatives who also told us that they thought that the care their family members received was good. One relative told us that she was impressed with how much the home had improved recently.
