During a routine inspection
People told us they felt part of the family they lived with and carers said they felt supported by the agency. Comments included;'Staff are always there for you', 'We have contact details for our support workers and out of hour's staff'.
Comments from placement carers included, ' He could not get ay better support', 'The care plan covers every aspect of daily life', 'The support provided is second to none',' What an excellent placement this has been'. 'Carers fully understand needs'.' The care plan is detailed and drawn up to include the wishes, capabilities and future plans for each person using the service'.
Placement carers we spoke with said they felt fully supported by the care staff.
Comments from people included "Staff are always available should you need them' 'I feel that staff all work very hard and if I have any problems I feel my support worker will help me','My support worker is wonderful. She takes my needs into account as well as the needs of the person on placement.
People told us that PSS staff visit them on a regular basis to check records and monitor the placement.
