During a routine inspection
People who use the service told us that they are able to make decisions about their day to day care and that staff respect their privacy, dignity and independence. They said that they were well cared for and that they were settled and comfortable at the home.
People told us that the home was always clean and that their own bedrooms were kept clean and tidy. They told us that there were no unpleasant smells in the home. Comments included 'the place is always clean and tidy, no problems' and ' the home is very clean and nice, its comfortable here'.
Staff were described as ' kind and approachable.' Some of the comments we received included, 'I can't fault the staff, they are lovely and kind' and ' the staff are wonderful, they look after us so well'.
