During a routine inspection

We inspected the agency office and spoke on the telephone with a few people who used the agency or their advocates and some staff. We found that people were able to express their views and had been involved in making decisions about their care and treatment.

We found that people's needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual care plan. This made sure that people's health and welfare needs were met.

People who used the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.

Staff received appropriate induction, training and opportunities for professional development to enable them to deliver care and treatment to people to an appropriate standard.

The provider had an effective system in place to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people received.
