Care plans were now available for staff to access before delivering care.This will help ensure that staff are aware of the needs of the person who used the service.

Staff were supported and received regular supervision. This helped to support and monitor staff.

During a routine inspection

As part of the inspection we spoke with four people and/or their families who used the service and six staff members.

One person stated 'they do a brilliant job'. Another person told us that 'I'm quite happy with the service' and 'I'm very grateful to have them'.

We were also told the service was 'totally professional'.
