During a routine inspection

The people living at Dagger Lane are supported to make decisions as much as they are able to. Where they are not able to, other people act on their behalf so that any decisions made are in the person's best interests. We found that although people could not tell us their experiences, information was available to show that staff know the people living there well and how to support them in ways they prefer. Staff worked well with other professionals to ensure that people's health needs were met. People did take part in a range of activities that they like to do. Staff had training so they could protect people from harm. People had their medication as it was prescribed for them, and access to a range of equipment to support them with their needs.
