During a routine inspection

People were complimentary about the service. They told us the service was reliable and flexible and staff did as they were asked. They told us they were able to receive the care that they had requested at a convenient time. The said they had been involved in developing their care package. People were happy with the care and support received. They told us it was "fantastic, staff come when they say they will", "staff are friendly, without being over familiar". People told us "it's a good service, a godsend, I couldn't do without them".
