During a routine inspection

We inspected the agency office and spoke with three people who used the service. People who used the service said they were very satisfied with the care and support provided by the agency. The staff that were polite, on time and friendly.

We found people were given appropriate information and were involved in making decisions about their care and treatment. People told us staff treated them with respect and courtesy. One person said, "They always ask me what I would like help with and they are always on time."

People told us they were well cared for. One person said, "The carers are good and the care is consistent because I get the same carers working with me everyday."

People that used the service said the management team were good and were approachable if they brought any concerns to their attention.

During a routine inspection

The agency had 221 people receiving services at the time of our inspection. We spoke with five people who use the service and six relatives of people who use the service. All the people we spoke with, when asked, said they felt safe when carers went into their home.

Most of the comments that we received were positive. Most of the people we spoke with told us that they were happy with the service provided and all of the people said the carers were "Great", "Fantastic", "Lovely" and "Kind".

People told us that they had continuity of carers which was really important to them. We were also told that people were treated with dignity and respect and encouraged to maintain independence.

We were told that missed calls did not happen and on most occasions calls were received if a carer was going to be late.
