During a routine inspection

People using the service told us that they were involved in decisions about their care and day-to-day living. For example people said they were asked about what they did and did not like and what they would like to do when they stayed at the service.

People also told us about the different activities that they participated in, they went shopping, to the cinema, social clubs and cafes and restaurants in Skipton. They told us that the staff supported them to engage in a range of activities and also to keep to their usual planned activities during the week.
