During a routine inspection
Staff provided comprehensive information. We spoke with one person who told us that the midwife had treated them respectfully and they understood all of their treatment options.
We found that staff explained the risks and benefits of treatment and people gave their informed consent. People's personal records including medical records were accurate and fit for purpose.
